For IEEE Members:

We use the IEEE's BoldFish email distribution system to send the regular e-GRID (shown at right) to all IEEE Members. If you are a Member but are NOT getting the e-GRID from the IEEE's BoldFish server, then one of these conditions has occurred:

You might not have a valid email address in your profile in the IEEE database. To update information in your profile (address, phone number, email address), please go to the
>Membership >Change of Profile screen. You can update your record on-line, or use the phone.

The other alternative is that you have purposely unsubscribed from the SF Bay Area Council's e-Notice system. If you'd like to re-subscribe, please visit http://www.ieee.org/organizations/rab/e-notice/sfbac-enotice.html and re-subscribe yourself. If you have difficulties, please email me at editor@e-grid.net.

If you do NOT wish to receive the HTML version:

This is a two-step process.

You can unsubscribe from the IEEE e-Notice distribution simply at our SF Bay Area Council e-Notice page and then subscribe to our text-only version (next).

Subscribe to the Text-Only Version: If your email program doesn't support viewing in HTML, or you have this feature turned off, you can elect to get our simple text-only notification twice a month, alerting you that the full HTML version is posted to the website for viewing in your browser. To subscribe, send an email to listserv@listserv.ieee.org with the following information in the BODY of the email:
      subscribe   e-GRID-text   FirstName   LastName
To end this text-only subscription, replace "subscribe" with "unsubscribe".
